Who we are
Front Porch Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency based in Texas. This policy covers our websites and our private online tools, including our team hub and the partner and producer portals.
Information we collect
- Contact details you or your business associates provide to us, such as your name, email address, and phone number.
- Sign in information when you log in to one of our portals, such as your email address and the fact that you signed in. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We never see your password.
- Information you share with us to request insurance quotes or services.
How we use it
- To give you secure access to the information we share with you, such as referral trackers and commission statements.
- To provide insurance quotes and services you request.
- To communicate with you about our work together.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not use portal sign in data for anything other than security and access.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our tools, including Cloudflare for security and hosting and Google Workspace for documents and spreadsheets. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time. If you no longer want access to a portal, we will remove your account on request.
